Michael J. Frye, CCIM/CEO/Owner of RE/MAX Realty Group is a Florida licensed real estate Broker with over 25 years in commercial real estate specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and sales of commercial properties. He is a member of the following organizations: the CCIM Chapter (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and past District President; Commercial Investment Professionals (CIP) and past President of CIR (Commercial Investment Realtor); REIS (Real Estate Investment Society) and past Board of Governors; The REALTOR Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc. and has served on the Professional Standards Committee; Director of Bank of Florida and past Director of Busey Bank Florida; Board Member of San Carlos Park Gulf Coast Chamber of Commerce. RE/MAX International has presented Michael with numerous and well-deserved awards such as the RE/MAX Eagle Award, Distinguished Service Award, Hall of Fame, Chairman’s Club, Platinum Club, 100% Club, Spirit Award, Top Office in Sales and Transactions, and Broker/Owner of the Year. Additionally, the Frye Commercial Group was named the #1 Florida RE/MAX Commercial Team in 2008, #5 in the U.S., and #10 Internationally. Michael is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.A. in Finance and a Delta Sigma Pi. He has a wonderful son, Justin, attending Evangelical Christian School as an honor roll student. |

Hal Arkin has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida in the Commercial field for the past 31 years. He specializes in assisting his clients to fulfill their real estate needs and investments. Some of the major areas in which he provides his knowledge and expertise are site selections, acquisitions and dispositions of real estate, assemblage of parcels for development, and assisting his clients through the entitlement process. Presently, he serves on the board for EROC (Executive Regulatory Oversight Committee) for the Lee County Board of County Commissioners; member and past Executive Committee member with Real Estate Investment Society, REIS; member and past committee member in forming Commercial Investment Professionals, CIP; Vice-Chairman of Cape Coral Council for Progress; The REALTOR Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc.; and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Hal is a graduate of West Virginia University with two B.S. Degrees in Marketing and Management. He is married to his lovely wife, Pam, for 36 years and has two daughters, Jaclyn, with her husband, Mark, and Granddaughter, Annalena Paloma, in Denver, Colorado, and Cari, a Producer for FUSE-TV Video Entertainment Network in New York City. | |

Steve Spinosa specializes in sales and leasing of commercial real estate, land, office, retail, medical and industrial properties. Before joining the firm, Steve had spent more than 20 years working in corporate sales and marketing and has a rich background in commercial and financial investments having previously worked for UBS Financial Services and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Also, Steve has had intensive commercial real estate training and knowledge development during his tenure at commercial real estate research giant, CoStar Group. Steve prides himself on developing strong relationships with his clients and the commercial investment community and has a keen focus on the development and understanding of his clients' needs in order to devise the best possible solution for them. Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Syracuse University. He is a member of Commercial Investment Professionals, The REALTOR Association of Fort Myers and the Beach, Inc., and Riverside Church, enjoys hockey, tennis, and family, and in his spare time, manages his son's AAA hockey career. |
